Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order. By booking or purchasing from our business, you agree to the policies listed below.

Orders and Booking

Orders are accepted based on availability and are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received. We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and special events.

Payments and Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due by the agreed deadline before pickup, delivery, or event setup. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received on time.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or update your order. Because our products are prepared fresh and supplies may be purchased in advance, deposits may be non-refundable. Changes to orders are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Cancellations need to be made 14 days prior to event to avoid any addional fees.

Pickup, Delivery, and Setup

Pickup, delivery, and setup times must be arranged in advance. The customer is responsible for being available at the scheduled time. If delivery or setup is delayed due to incorrect information, limited access, or customer availability, additional fees may apply.

Food Allergies and Dietary Needs

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs before placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate requests, our products may come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and meat products. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.

Food Handling and Storage

Charcuterie boards and grazing displays are made with fresh and perishable ingredients. For food safety, items should be served and enjoyed within the recommended time frame and kept at a safe temperature. Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or set up, the customer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and serving conditions.

Rental Items and Décor

Any boards, trays, stands, utensils, décor, or display items provided as rentals remain the property of our business unless otherwise stated. These items must be returned in the same condition they were provided. Replacement, cleaning, damage, or late-return fees may apply for missing, damaged, heavily soiled, or unreturned items.

Photos and Marketing

We may take photos of our work for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes. If you prefer that your order or event setup not be photographed or shared, please let us know in writing before your event.

Liability

Our business is not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, delayed serving, exposure to unsafe temperatures, customer-provided ingredients, venue conditions, or handling after pickup, delivery, or setup. By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for food safety once the order is in their care.
